Red Guest Suite:
»1st floor private entry and direct access to terrace with breath taking views of Steep Rock-Hidden Valley Reservation
» Sleeps 2 ps: King Size bed, with down comforter and super fine cotton linens
» En-Suite bathroom, small kitchen. Flat-screen Cable TV, DVD player(with complimentary great choice of DVD's), and free WiFi.

Blue Master Suite:
» 2nd floor in main house overlooking the valley
» sleeps 2: Queen size bed

» Ensuite bathroom with thermal spa bath, separate shower, and his/her vanities.

Green Bedroom:

POLICIES Top
Check in/Check out
Guest are welcome from 3 p.m. Check-out before 11 am. If booked for a 2-night weekend, arrival and departure can be arranged in advance.
Breakfast
A full breakfast is included with your stay, served daily between 8.30-10 am.
Extra accommodations
Baby cots (pack-a-play) available
Small well trained dogs welcome. No cats. The Aspetuck Animal Hospital offers full boarding
service nearby.
Reservations
Deposit required equivalent to first night rate. Balance will be due at check-out
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash. Your bill will include 15% CT State and Hospitality tax.
Cancellations
A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the room due to our unique location. It affects us significantly because of our small size. Thus should your plans change, we will gladly apply your deposit to a future stay within the next year. If you make your cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date, no refund will be possible.
Smoking
All guest rooms and living quarters are non-smoking.
